Ultra High-Purity Process Piping Systems
Our made-to-order UHP PVDF pipe & fittings extruded from Kynar® – a polyvinyl idene fluoride resin – contain no plasticizers, pigments, or other additives that could potentially contaminate the water. For isolation, our Zero Static Valves, Diaphragm Valves and True Union Ball Valves are used to control the flow on UPW lines. Ideal for polishing loops as well as deionized makeup water, return and UPW storage lines, and process cooling water.
UHP PVDF
Maintains excellent chemical resistance at high temperatures. Extra smooth walls ensure free liquid flow. Joined with Butt Fusion method. Elbows, tees & couplings. Available in SDR-21 sizes from 20- 63mm.
Zero Static Valves
Divert fluids for Ultrapure Water (UPW) or chemical process systems. Joined with Butt Fusion method. PVDF.
Diaphragm Valves
Tested to 150 PSI at 73°F. Joined with Butt Fusion method. PVDF, PP.
True Union Ball Valves
Tested to 150 PSI at 73°F. Joined with Butt Fusion method. PVDF, PP.
Needle Valves
Used in applications where liquid must pass in only one direction for safety purposes and to prevent reverse flow. Available in a range of functionality, material construction, and sizes.
Gauge Guards
Heavy duty instrument isolator. Available with or without pressure or vacuum gauges. PVDF, PP. Ultrapure, zero deadleg instrument isolator with spigot connections.
Ultra Pure Pressure Regulators
PVDF body. Models offer highest flow performance in ultra-pure valve with 10-125 PSI, non-shutoff design with 5-100 PSI, and shutoff design with 5-100 PSI.
