This 6 inch cast iron swing check valve is used in fire protection applications to prevent reverse fluid flow in water lines. It consists of a cast iron body construction with flange connections and a full port, cast iron cover and arm, bronze arm disc bushing, replaceable Buna-N seat and ductile iron disc, bronze disc stud, and stainless steel knock and hinge pin.
