Women of Watts IWD WHM 2025

In celebration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month around the globe, Watts commemorated their support of women in the industry and their initiatives across the company.

Chief Human Resource Officer Monica Barry shared a message about her personal experience in the manufacturing industry, as well as news of our China regional site being named a “Great Place to Work for Women.”

Several Watts locations gathered to celebrate International Women’s Day, with a focus on this year's theme: Accelerate Action. Accelerate Action emphasizes the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality. It calls for increased momentum and urgency in addressing the systemic barriers and biases that women face, both in personal and professional spheres. As highlighted by IWD, this theme encourages us to push forward with greater determination and commitment.

An “Accelerate Action” Panel Discussion is being held with women leaders of Watts on March 26. The panel discussion features an open dialogue with audience participation focusing on talent development, personal stories and equity.

Watts teams worldwide were also invited to join together to support their colleagues via a digital pledge box, where team members shared their commitments and thoughts about their actions for advancing equity for women at Watts and beyond.
