Important to Note:

Before contacting the hotline, please ensure that the project requiring assistance is indeed mission-critical for addressing issues related to the aftermath of hurricanes. Watts professionals have been carefully selected to monitor this line and are supported by on-call subject matter experts. Any calls received that do not meet the mission-critical guidelines will be transferred to our Technical Services Team for attention in the normal queue.

When placing any mission-critical purchase orders, please include “Hurricane” in the subject line of your email to ensure prioritization.
