Prior to joining Watts, she was a manufacturer's rep specializing in backflow prevention products and spent the last 3 years training wholesalers, municipalities, and end users on cross-connection control and backflow prevention. Her field experience includes diagnosing and repairing failing and faulty backflow preventers. From 2014-2017, she presented AIA-accredited training events to architects and engineers for Scranton Products.

Most recently, he spent two years with Syncta℠ the backflow testing SAS software division for Watts.
