Sara Hiers is the regional channel manager for the eastern region focusing on fire, waterworks, and irrigation. Prior to joining Watts, she was a manufacturer's rep specializing in backflow prevention products and spent the last 3 years training wholesalers, municipalities, and end users on cross-connection control and backflow prevention. Her field experience includes diagnosing and repairing failing and faulty backflow preventers. From 2014-2017, she presented AIA-accredited training events to architects and engineers for Scranton Products.


Jason M. Perry
Channel Sales Manager/West - Fire, Waterworks, and Irrigation

Jason Perry has over two decades of extensive channel partner management experience and works closely with Watts rep agents to help support and manage the sales growth and marketing efforts for Ames® Fire & Waterworks, FEBCO™, and Watts® branded backflow solutions and technologies. Most recently, he spent two years with Syncta℠ the backflow testing SAS software division for Watts. Jason has also held the position of channel partner sales coach for new products, lead development and demand generation strategies, and as a technical training specialist for Desktop Applications, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Agile, ITIL, Business Analysis, and Soft Skills.
