Vas Gnanadoss is a Product Sustainability Engineer for Watts Water Technologies leading their Handprint Sustainability program. His background includes roles in sustainability, working as a Product Sustainability Engineer for major consumer product goods brands such as Marmot, Yankee Candle, DYMO, Sharpie, and more, as well as roles as a New Product Development engineer. In his current role at Watts Water, he is focusing on integrating sustainability into new product development and marketing, performing Life Cycle Assessment (LCA’s) and using the results to generate Environmental Product Declarations (EPD’s), supporting Green Building standards and projects, improving how our products can help our customers to be more sustainable, and creating trainings around sustainability to improve internal and external knowledge. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Clemson University and currently resides in Charlotte, NC with his dog, Daisy.
